Your Role at SafelyYou
SafelyYou is seeking an Implementation Manager who can blend technical deployment oversight with exceptional customer-facing onboarding. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior living communities to bring our innovative safety technology to life, ensuring each location is technically ready, operationally prepared, and confident in how to use the system from day one.
You’ll support installations that range from straightforward hardware placement to more complex building-dependent scenarios. The right candidate is comfortable navigating physical spaces, coordinating with installers, and understanding how technology fits within real-world building environments — while also delivering a warm, engaging experience for community staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first SafelyYou representative community staff meet — creating trust, excitement, and buy-in from leadership through frontline caregivers.
- Lead onboarding from sales handoff to go-live: weekly calls, readiness planning, training, and support.
- Deliver clear, engaging training sessions for care staff and administrators.
- Support communities with user setup, education on best practices, and ongoing readiness for launch.
- Maintain consistent, empathetic communication focused on successful adoption and a positive customer experience.
- Conduct virtual and onsite assessments to understand building layout, device placement, power/network needs, and install logistics.
- Coordinate with installation vendors, providing clear direction and confirming that work meets SafelyYou standards.
- Support a variety of hardware deployment types — including projects requiring more advanced building-awareness — ensuring each install is executed smoothly.
- Manage procurement and ensure all materials and equipment arrive on schedule.
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting during installation and early use.
- Travel up to 25% for customer site visits and trainings.
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, adjusting as customer readiness or installation conditions shift.
- Collaborate with clinical, engineering, AI, supply chain, sales, and account management teams from closed-won through go-live.
- Document technical and operational requirements and contribute to well-defined Scopes of Work.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and installation quality.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years in a customer-focused technical role, such as Implementation Manager, Technical Project Manager, low-voltage or hardware deployment coordinator, IT field services, or physical security/AV project management.
- Comfort navigating building environments and working with installers, facility teams, or contractors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to motivate, reassure, and train non-technical users with ease.
- Solid technical troubleshooting ability (networking basics, hardware connectivity, device configuration).
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with shifting timelines.
- Ability to lift and handle equipment when needed.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or other high-touch customer-facing environments.
- Familiarity with low-voltage systems, cabling, or physical tech deployments (helpful but not required).
- Experience in SaaS onboarding or customer success environments.
- Background in fast-moving or rapidly evolving organizations.
