Your Role at SafelyYou
The Growth Marketing Specialist manages strategic account-based marketing efforts to drive growth among key accounts. It involves creating and executing personalized, multi-channel campaigns, analyzing performance, optimizing strategies, and aligning closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. The position also provides detailed reporting and insights to leadership and stays ahead of industry trends to maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine, optimize, and execute strategic account-based marketing initiatives to accelerate growth among high-priority accounts
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify target accounts and develop personalized engagement strategies
- Plan, execute, and manage impactful multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, social, content, events, etc.) to effectively drive engagement and conversions, ensuring accurate attribution throughout the buyer journey via marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Conduct ongoing, thorough analysis of campaign performance, leveraging data insights and feedback to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Define and track performance metrics against company and marketing team OKRs, identifying and scaling the most impactful marketing content and channels
- Suggest ad optimizations and/or new creative concepts to improve ad performance and assist in their development and revisions
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics to proactively adapt and enhance campaign effectiveness
- Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to senior leadership on ABM performance and strategic opportunities
- Educate Sales and Customer Success team on ABM strategies and insights, fostering alignment and enhancing collaboration
- Perform comprehensive research to uncover new opportunities for growth and improve marketing effectiveness
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years proven experience in account-based marketing or similar growth-focused role
- Deep understanding of ABM methodologies, strategies, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Salesforce CRM and buyer intent tools preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated capability to independently manage complex projects while collaborating across teams
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
- B2B technology/software industry experience strongly preferred
